Our Youth Ministry Advisory Committee will have our first meeting of the ’08-’09 school year on Wednesday, September 10th, and then will meet the first Thurs of every month. 7-9 pm in our Youth Center (in the Parish Center)! Everyone is welcome to give ideas and shape the future activities we do. Yes, youth are VERY welcome!. This is an open meeting. Contact Laura for details at wallerstedt@comcast.net

Youth Ministry is not just for youth!!! Our adult leaders receive some of the best skill building, personal support and spiritual growth formation available. Adults serve because they love kids and love God. They also serve because they realize how much they grow themselves. Working in small “Core Teams”, our adults specialize in areas they have interest in and actually have the time for. Youth Ministry also offers two other things for adults; the ability to respond to God’s calling in concrete ways that really make a difference. It also offers wonderful life-giving friendships with other adults. Do consider being a part of one of our great Catechetical teams.
