Classes:
Using the award-winning “Call to Faith” curriculum by Harcourt Religion Publishers, children in grades K, 1, 3, 4, & 5 journey each year as “faith explorers” into the wonderful world of Catholic prayer, sacraments, liturgy, justice, and Church teaching. (Note – children in grade 2 prepare for First Reconciliation & Eucharist and use God’s Gift: Reconciliation & God’s Gift: Eucharist by Loyola Press). We encourage all parents to enroll their children in Religious Education classes as soon as they begin kindergarten to maximize the all important faith formation years in their youth. Participation in our Religious Education classes provides children with a wonderful opportunity to build friendships and connections with other adults and children in our parish community so Church is a place where they feel they belong and want to be!
Religious Education Classes are held at two convenient times:
Sunday Mornings, 10:00-11:00am OR Tuesday Afternoons, 4:30-5:30pm
Classes sizes are limited. Register early! Sessions begin in September and end in April/early May. Please use the Pre-K-grade 5 Religious Ed registration form to enroll your child.

FIRE Program
Developed by Kathleen O’Connell Chesto, the FIRE program – Family- Centered Intergenerational Religious Education – offers groups of 4-6 families the opportunity to join communally for regular faith formation. The program is designed to include all family members, from toddlers-adults, in the religious education experience. FIRE Communities regularly meet in families’ homes, or at the parish, with parents taking turns planning and facilitating sessions.
If you are interested in joining a FIRE community, every effort will be made to connect you with one.
NOTE: The FIRE program is not available in grade 2. Sacramental preparation requires participation in our Sunday morning or Tuesday afternoon classes.
Please use the Pre-K-grade 5 Religious Ed registration form to enroll your child in the FIRE program.
