Preparation for First Reconciliation and Eucharist takes place in our Religious Education program.  Parents, as the primary faith teachers for their children, partner with our classroom catechists in this preparation process and minister to their children by participating in at home activities, family classes, retreats, and parent meetings. 

Children typically prepare for their First Reconciliation and First Eucharist in the second grade Religious Ed class either on Sunday mornings, 10:00-11:00am or Tuesday afternoon, 4:30-5:30pm.  We also offer a special sacramental preparation class for older children in grades 3, 4, & 5 who are in need of First Reconciliation and Eucharist.  This “older child” sacramental prep class meets on Sunday mornings only, from 10:00-11:00am.  Please use the PreK-5 registration form to register your child for a sacramental preparational class. 

Registration for sacramental preparation classes for the 2008-09 school year are closed.  Registration for the 2009-10 school year will begin in April, 2009.
